The quintessential comfort food!  Men love this dish, and the ladies kinda like it as well!  We take the freshest prime ground beef available, season it to tasty perfection, and cover it with our homemade brown gravy, and serve it with our popular chipotle cheese mashed potatoes.  This delicious meal includes our traditional Caesar Salad-Romaine, shredded fresh parmesan cheese, and croutons, served with a variety of dressings on the side along with our fresh variety demi roll tray with homemade herbed butter!

Chef Richard combines tender grilled chicken breast with meaty Boar’s Head bacon strips, cheddar cheese, special seasonings and spices, and our mesquite barbeque sauce for a true taste treat.  Add our popular rosemary, garlic, and parmesan mashed potatoes and our Santa Fe salad for a great meal with a Southwest vibe.  Also included is your choice of tortilla chips w/our homemade salsa OR our fresh demi roll platter with homemade herb butter. Deelicious!

A hearty and delicious vegetarian dish!   We lightly bread a huge portobello mushroom, then stuff it with sautéed veggies-edamame, squash, zucchini, peppers, and onions-and top it all with our special seasonings and spices along with shredded parmesan cheese.  We pair this tasty entrée with our Garden Spot Salad and assorted demi roll tray with homemade herbed butter!
